The restorers restored the original appearance of the mansion from photographs and drawings, preserving the historical walls of the building, richly decorated with cast iron and bas-reliefs.

On the ground and ground floors of the Il Ricco mansion there are modern commercial premises with separate entrances. One of the offices was designed by Look Office designers.

The designers of our company chose the loft style as a basis and organically combined the image of a modern office and the spirit of a club mansion.
